I transited to this field from other field with no experience as fresher without any experience with customer service representative so it was very difficult for me to answer on behavioural and situation based questions.

Interview
It includes two steps, The first one was an online coding test in hacker rank. The second one was a virtual group interview on Microsoft Teams. Each step takes around a week to send me the acceptance and rejection.
