International Rescue Committee Intern interview questions

One interview, around 45 minutes long. Many questions and scenarios posed by interviewer about past work experiences and how my experiences relate to the position, along with how I would act in various situations in the role.

It was very straightforward, the interviewer asked simple questions in a clear manner. It was both professional and conversational, they seemed like they wanted me to succeed and present myself as best as possible.
