Submitted application through online portal and by directly emailing the office supervisor. Was contacted almost immediately (it was a small office and I applied relatively late). I interviewed a few days later and was notified a few days after that. The whole process took a little over a week.

Question 1
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
What is a time you solved a problem?
Why the IRC?
How do you stay organized?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee
Interview
The interviewer was very nice, very attentive, and very patient. IRC provides onboarding training and gives interns time to learn how to use the organization's work systems. The interviewer explained the responsibilities of the position for me in great detail, and there were application scenario questions in the interview to examine whether the candidate was a good match for the position.

Question 1
What's one of the challenges you've had in your previous internship?
I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (Elizabeth, NJ) in Jan 2020
Interview
Was really easy; I interviewed for the New Jersey office and they asked about my language skills, availability, and standard interview qs about my past experience. I've heard from other interns that they had two people in their interview but I only had one.
