The IRC provided a list of the questions that would be asked during the interview which was very helpful. The interviewer was relaxed and easy to talk to and there were no surprise questions

Straight forward online interview. Questions such as why do you want to work here, values, schedule. You speak with two people on the staff. Very friendly and relaxed overall. They ask you about schedule and hours and your previous experience working with non profits
