There was a 2 hours exam before the interview. And then shortlisted candidates were interviewed with a pool of interviews. The exam was long and tiring. And interview was long and with redundant questions. However their selection process was biased.

They asked me how would I solve a case by mentioning a scenario.

Interview
Relatively straight forward interview. I was asked about my education and skills relating to my own research process. Then the standard questions of why I was interested in the IRC, my strengths and weaknesses, and if I had any questions for the interviewers. The entire interview took around 30 minutes total.

They call you and ask why you are a good fit for the job and describe the internship role a bit. they let you know about their interview timeline too. i had to decline because I got another offer but they seemed very laid back
