I Had just one interview with two staff members that lasted about thirty minutes. It was informative at first and then an average interview in questions. I did not make it to the next step since I did not have enough experience working with diverse populations

I was called the HR 5 days before and informed that I would have an online interview for the position. On that date I was interviewed by a panel of 3 people all male. They were friendly and made me feel at ease they asked general questions about my experience and and wanted to know why I was interested in working for IRC.

Interview
There were 2 interview processes for this position, the first was a 30-minute phone interview with someone from HR, the second was an hour-long video interview with two managers. The first interview was mostly behavioral questions.
