I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interviewer was about half my age and seemed very uninterested in what I had to say. I was given the impression that he didn't believe me to be qualified to volunteer (even though I have a Master's in Public Health). He ran through the questions very quickly and then dismissed me.

I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee
Interview
I applied for the position. IRC got in touch within a week. The period between application submission and first interview was quite fast. I liked that. Even though I did not proceed beyond the first round, IRC was clear on the criteria selection for next steps, which I liked as well.
