I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee
Interview
The process was a long one. The department I applied to was very slow in scheduling and moving the process along. The person who interviewed me also spent most of the time explaining things that I had already found on the website, meaning the interviews went over the allotted time.

I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied through the website. Two weeks later, they called for a phone interview for someone from HR. The person replied quickly to my emails, and it was quite easy to schedule an appointment. She told me a little more about the position and ask me if I was still interested. I was a couple of days ago, so I haven't heard back, but they explained the process and were open to questions.
