Very supportive team members interviewed me, very conversational and clear. The staff were accommodating and warm. Some rounds of questions were more intentional and role-focused than others. I felt comfortable asking questions about the work culture, realities of the role, and team cohesion.

Conversational! About half the time she asked me questions and the other half she talked about the internship. She really explains what’s it’s like and warns you a little about what they do so you can think about the position and whether you can take it on.
