International Rescue Committee interview questions

There was an initial phone conversation for about 30 minutes. It went smoothly. After moving to the second stage I was interviewed by two individuals via video conference. I later received an automated response that I was not selected. For the time I allocated to the interview process, it felt lacking in attention to receive a generated response. I also sent a follow up email to ask for feedback and was never responded to.

I was given a timeframe of two weeks response time after my second interview. I emailed them after three weeks and they only responded to me 5 weeks after the interview (a few days after Christmas) to inform me that I was not successful
