International Rescue Committee interview questions

Very disappointing process. Invited for interviews for multiple positions. Recruiters did not share information with one another or with hiring staff. Repeatedly asked to provide the same documents, complete demanding take-home assignments, and provide personal references, only to ultimately passed over, largely for it seemed internal candidates they already had in mind. Honestly, for a humanitarian organization, a bit inhumane experience overall.
