A phone interview with the volunteer coordinator about how I would fit with available positions. They were chiefly concerned with why I was interested in volunteering at IRC, although I did not get the sense that they turn many people down.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (Seattle, WA)

3 interviews. First HR phone screen 30 minute super casual conversation, I had a fever and told her, she was very accommodating. Second in person interview about 1h30 min all behavioral questions, they really want you to incorporate trauma informed practices and client centered approaches in your answers
