International Rescue Committee interview questions

I received a message from an HR rep a month after the job was posted. It took almost another month for them to actually respond to my messages to coordinate a phone interview. And then they stood me up, without an explanation or apology. I declined and withdraw my application. If this is how they treat their candidates, I cannot even begin to imagine what the rest of the process is like. An amazing organization to donate and support, but I would not work there.

The Communication was effective giving seven days of preparation. Questions were structured and interview panelist were not flexible to other perspective. Innovation seemed not to be encouraged. The interview chairperson was polite. It was an Ask and Answe session. Discussions were discouraged.
