I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee
Interview
It was one of my worst experience with an international ngo. First of all I was called for a written test and one month and half later they called me for a first interview with HR department: it was a one hour interview. After 10 days I was called for a second technical interview of another one hour. After almost two months I had no answer from them so I wrote to the HR to have information even if it was clear I had not been selected and I received the automatic reply that said “we regret to inform you”. After one test, two interviews and two months of process I did not have a proper feedback!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee
Interview
The IRC offered me the position, and then after I accepted it they rescinded the offer due to internal miscommunication. The process lasted 2 months and consisted of: HR screening call, an assessment test, and an in-person interview.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience navigating different work environments.
Recruiter interview. Nothing difficult, but felt unnecessary since they didn't ask any questions beyond describing positions on my resume. Then, they explained the position to me in more detail. If it were me, I would have added all that detail in the original posting or communicated it via e-mail to interested candidates. Felt a bit like a waste of time for both of us.
