I applied through college or university. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee
Interview
I was interviewed by 2 employees. Both took turns asking questions back and forth. It was nice because it seemed more like a conversation than an interrogation. The whole thing lasted about 25 mins.

I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee
Interview
Three person panel interview. I am marking this as negative because despite the interview going well, IRC did not get in touch with me to let me know the outcome or offer any feedback, despite the fact I made the effort to visit their London offices.
Only gave me one interview with the manager of department I would be working in , easy questions about experience. Only one interview before offered job. Met the other workers after I accepted
