I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
One on one interview that consisted of behavioral/situational questions and questions on my resume. The interview flowed pretty easy. Nothing too out of the question - just be yourself! At the end of the interview, a tour of the business was given.
