Applied online, with some internal contacts but none related to this role. Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then a timed exercise that involved analyzing some data, followed by a second phone interview with someone on the program team.

I got a call from my friend that IRC needed a Midwife and I decided to apply. I went to grand Gedeh and give my resume and interview was scheduled the next few days. It was a really friendly discussion . The people were welcoming. Finding your way around the office was easy, and I felt relaxed.
