International Rescue Committee interview questions

I submitted an application, interviewed over the phone, and then came into the office for an interview. It was relatively low pressure, but is important to be comfortable working through intercultural differences and ambiguous situations.

Applied online and waited about two weeks to get an interview with a local U.S. office. Interview was standard and staff were friendly. Heard back a few days later and completed a brief background investigation before beginning the internship.
