I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2016
Interview
A phone screen + an onsite interview
The hiring process is long and has many stages, I especially find difficult the online numerical tests. The assessment center was ok, with lots of very competitive people from good universities.

Question 1
Asked loads of brainteaser questions such as theres a lily in the pond, the lily doubles in size every minute, how big was it at 30 seconds and another one that was about a boy and a girl who were born at the same day same time but they aren't related
I applied online through the company's site. They offered me a first-round, face to face interview, almost 20 days later. They gave me the option to choose the day and the time, and they respected my choice. The interview lasted 30 minute. It was only one interviewer.
I received an offer for a second-round interview.
Organized. Friendly environment. Positive experience.
