J.P. Morgan Analyst interview questions

3 round interview was held first with AVP & 2nd with VP final with HR. it took 3 days to complete the process. the interviewer was very friendly as i was fresher they make me feel comfortable . They were focusing on communication skill more than technical knowledge of the process. the over all experience was good.

A phone screen + an onsite interview The recruiter was very very rude. He asked me for availability but they scheduled the phone interview different from what I provided. Then for the onsite interview, I gave them a couple dates, again they did this to me. What is worse is that they keep rescheduling the interviews. Finally on the day of onsite interview, I got a call at 11 am that they had to reschedule! My interview was scheduled at 2PM!!!! I had to take a day off but they did this to me. Then we rescheduled for next week. When I arrived, the person who was supposed to welcome me did not pick up my phone. And of course, he did not even show up later. I waited half an hour until someone came down to get me into the building. There were supposed to be three interviewers according to the schedule. Only one showed up and another man basically just randomly filled in. These people did not respect others' time and treat the interviewees really bad. Stay away from this company!!
