Technical round followed by Hr round. The process of selecting a candidate is done through referrals or consultants provide the resume of the aspiring candidate. Then the screening of the resumes is done first by HR and then by the hiring managers and the candidate is called for an interview

there are three interviews overall, phone interview, on-site interview and group interview. The first lasts for 30 minutes with HR manager of your basic information/background. The second on-site interview lasts 2 hours, with quantitative questions. The last one was for 1 hour, with communication with team members you will work with.
