Two rounds of technical interview followed by two rounds of managerial interview. Not specific to any LOB, that is a standard procedure for a 601 role. Interviews are skill specific

Question 1
Difference between product-based work environment & service-based work environments
Initial phone interview/screening w hiring manager, followed by a series of multiple back-to-back interviews the next week over Zoom with the team. Discussed resume and relevant experience, and what it could bring to the role.
There were several conversational rounds with varying difficulty. Many interviewers seemed eager to learn more and assess the right fit while others were highly critical from the start. It seemed as if the team had not aligned on the timeline or prerequisites for the position as each described the role in distinct ways.
