I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Applied online through campus and their website. Got back in a week saying I have an interview.
Basic behavioral questions with some that try to throw you off. The people were very nice and laid back. Make you feel comfortable but also try to see if you are quick on your feet and able to answer questions. Two 30 minute interviews with all behavioral questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Newark, DE) in Feb 2016
Interview
process took a week and a half. I received an email that iwas selected for interviews and had to choose between two days to interview. I chose the first. I had three, 30 minute interviews. They were all behavioral. After the three interviews was a lunch provided by them. Very nerve wracking process overall, the recruiters are very good at asking the right questions to get to know you!

Question 1
What are 3 good things about you and three bad things?
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Newark, DE) in Oct 2015
Interview
Dropped a resume through my school and was selected for an on-campus interview. Had a very good interviewer who was interested in finding out what made me tick. Got the call back about 2 weeks later to come down to Newark for second round of two 30 min interviews. They were held in an open setting in what looked like a seminar room/social space. Got some basic behavioral questions and some non-traditional ones that the interviewers made up themselves. Overall a very positive experience, they cared more about my attitude and personality than what I knew about finance.
