Johnson & Johnson Engineer interview questions

The process for a new college hire was competitive as there was minimum positions available. It was a three layer interview that constituted of differing questions regarding technical / leadership skills. Interview difficulty was medium.

Slow with lots of interviews, rather straightforward. More questions about personality than job experience, which seems odd in a technical role. Management seems laid back and the interview was pretty casual.
