I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Raritan, NJ) in Mar 2023
Interview
They made me do an online interview which ended very poorly. The system did not work properly either. The interview went really well. I was nervous at first, but the interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They asked me a lot of questions about my experience and skills, as well as my goals and aspirations. I was able to answer everything confidently and thoroughly, and I think I made a good impression. They also told me a lot about the company and the position, and it all sounded really interesting and exciting. Overall, I left feeling very positive about the experience and hopeful about the possibility of getting the job.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Jan 2021
Interview
Simple and straightforward. Questions were focused on alignment of the candidate to the Credo. Not a lot of technical focus. All interviewers were very nice and accommodating but it was a bit difficult to schedule as it spanned 3 days of virtual interviews.
