I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Auckland, ) in Apr 2023
Interview
Three (3) phased interview process: 1. Stage 1: Filtering. Had a virtual call with the potential line Manager to understand whether I have the right skills and personality fit for the advertised role. 2. Stage 2: Scrutinizing. Had a virtual call with the Associate Director and Senior Manager of the department to scrutinize my experience with my previous employer. Asked about my strengths and what do I aspire/ want to achieve. 3. Stage 3: Cultural-fit. Final virtual call with the Partner and another Associate Director to understand more about myself and not so much about my skills and expertise (as this was already discussed in Stage 2). Was asked if I needed assistance of any sort prior to moving to KPMG.
