Went through the 3-4 stage process, first (technical + competency), second (case study), third (round with director or manager). Received positive feedback but waited for a long time, still not selected for the absurd reason.

Interview
Two stage interview process. One technical, the other was competency based. Interviewers were professional and personable. Previous work experience and educational background discussed. They were keen to know about leadership qualities.
