First is appitude test, not easy and dont try to answer those you are not sure.Then is partner interview, overall the questions are about your previous jobs experience. The partner is friendly and the interview is like sharing.

Initial online screening test. Then an interview with 2 senior managers. Then a partner/senior manager interview. This was a presentation with questions afterwards. The partner asks a lot of detailed questions so make sure if you don't know an answer just say that and you'll find out more.
