I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Went through a career fare interview, followed by an office interview (approximately 5 hours) with 4-5 managers and partners. Basic behavioral questions. Very long interview process, probably because it was not the interview for internship.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that how you handled a difficult situation and how you solved it.
Applied online and got an email to schedule a phone interview with someone from South Africa. The interviewer didn't call me and emailed me that she had a problem with her phone. Reschedule the day after. Basically, the interviewer just read a script, all questions are sentences from the job description. Nothing better than taking the video interview and talking to the computer. Never heard back from them.
Please train your interviewers even you outsourced. Candidate experience is super important if you want to stay competitive.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied to a Health IT-specific position posting online. Shortly afterwards, I was then contacted by email by a recruiter hiring for the position, asking if I could give her some available times for a phone interview during the week. I responded with my availability, and literally never heard back.
I gave it a few days to a week, emailed the recruiter again in case she got busy/my email got lost in her inbox...but still no response. Literally a ghosting situation, which reflects really badly on their HR. At least a concrete rejection or "we're no longer hiring for this position" would be better.
