KPMG Audit Associate I interview questions

It took only less than 30 minutes, via online. The whole process was also fast, as it is reaching year end, so their HR probably wants to take more A2s. The interview was more to discussing how our values align with the role of audit. Need to understand the challenges of being an auditor.

The interview process was structured but friendly. It began with an online application and an aptitude/analytical test. This was followed by an HR screening call and then one or two rounds of technical interviews with audit managers/partners. Questions focused on accounting fundamentals, auditing scenarios, Excel skills and some behavioral questions. The final step was an HR round discussing fit, expectations and salary. Overall, the process was smooth and professional.
