I applied through college or university. I interviewed at KPMG in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied through the recruiting system used by my college campus, as well as online on the company website. I was invited for an interview and a pre-interview dinner. The interview was very relaxed and questions were behavioral. The interview lasted thirty minutes and there was a lot of time and opportunity to ask the company questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG in Sep 2015
Interview
There is an initial on-campus interview, and it is basically just a conversation with the interviewer. If you do well there, they take you to the office in DC and you have two manager interviews at that office.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2015
Interview
There are two online tests to begin with, one numerical and one verbal. After this, there is a telephone interview where they ask basic competency questions (look at their website). If you get past that, they invite you to an assessment centre where you have to write a business report, do an e-tray exercise (pretty standard stuff). If you apply for an internship, you bypass the group task and the interview on the assessment centre day. Instead, at the end of the internship, you have a far more relaxed partner interview.
