I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KPMG (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
We had an on-campus interview and a lunch the day before the interview. I think they had made up their minds before interviewing anyone because I was told that if you weren't a member of a particular organization (ALPFA) you would not get a second round invitation

Question 1
everything was behavioral and just relax conversations
The process includes a reception the night before when you have a chance to meet managers and associates. The next day is full of presentation and a panel where you can ask questions. The actual one on one interview is about 15-20 minutes when they ask questions about your resume in more details and some behavioral questions.

Interview
Got the interview through on campus recruiting. 1 on 1 interview with a partner. He was very dry overall and asked purely all behavioral questions. Then he asked me to elaborate work experiences and activities on my resume. Also, be sure to have a reason why you want to work at KPMG.
