I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Milán) in Apr 2010
Interview
I had three interviews. The first was very good and everything was perfect. The second was terrible, since the interviewer tried to let me feel ignorant or that i chose the wrong university. I answered every question, and at the end he told me that i had to choose more specific areas, instead to follow my curiosity: I think this is totally unpolite. The third interview was normal, with a partner of the firm.

Question 1
They asked my something very specific about bilance sheet, knowing that i had studied law and i was there in order to learn. However, I replied correctly. I didn't expect they told me to focus on more specific areas and not to follow my curiosity in learning
I was previously interns in the company. I got offer after my internship end. Hence, I didn't really gone through interview except for internship interview by Human Resource team.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I was hired full-time through first going through the KPMG internship program as a junior in college. I went through college recruiting where I had a first round interview with a KPMG recruiter at my campus career center. Then I was invited in for the second and final round of interviews, which was a full day over-night interview process, which included dinner with professionals, paid hotel room for the night in the city, and 2 interviews the next morning with a manager and a partner. All questions were behavioral and the partner interview was particularly informal - at this point, they want to just get to know you and whether they'd be interested in having you on one of their audit teams.
