There were recruiting events at my university throughout the semester where you got a chance to get to know people from the Dallas audit practice. There was a round of on-campus interviews, then office visits which included another round of interviews. The people are all so nice and really care about getting to know you.

Manager Interview: A business case with 1 hour preparation time, then make a 10mins long presentation to the manager, manager will ask follow up questions on your presentation. Then, individual interview with manager. Partner Interview: Ask questions on your resume, hobbies, working experience etc.

There was a pre-interview event and a 30 minute interview the next day. The interview was a little casual and did not involve technical questions. All questions were behavioral and many were about teamworks.
