Nice people but also firm. The pane tried to understand me and made it more of a conversation. They made sure I was relaxed and was not nervous before the interview. The questions were realistic and demanded honest and realistic answers. The panel were easy to get along with, we did not even realize the time had exceeded. The questions were basically to get to know me. They also asked about things I said on my CV and how I achieved them.
