I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Accra) in Jul 2019
Interview
Nice people but also firm. The pane tried to understand me and made it more of a conversation. They made sure I was relaxed and was not nervous before the interview. The questions were realistic and demanded honest and realistic answers.
The panel were easy to get along with, we did not even realize the time had exceeded. The questions were basically to get to know me. They also asked about things I said on my CV and how I achieved them.
Launch Pad- First there was a group exercise where we had to complete several brainstorm style tasks coming up with solutions for a client< Second there was a solo task writing a report for a firm using various information provided in a pack. Finally there was a 1 to 1 interview which tested some of KPMG's behavioural capabilities.
