I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at KPMG
Interview
Pretty straight forward. No real curve balls. Did a phone screening and met with 4 different employees at the office. Had a case to solve, but should be expected with all Big 4 Advisory arms.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Bangkok) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR team via email. They required me to do an online personality exam and an online English exam (this position is for in Bangkok, Thailand). Then I waited for a month probably until I was contacted for the interview but I was in abroad at that time so I had a phone interview with the manager of the department I applied for instead of an on site interview. The interview lasted for about half an hour.
