Very straightforward and quick. After submitting your application, if you're successful, they will send you an email to complete a video interview and psychometric test. The video interview only contains two questions. The psychometric test is timed and tests your verbal, numerical, and critical thinking abilities.

Straightforward and friendly. Questions are both situational and technical. Interviewer gives you time to answer and elaborate you answers. It doesn't take very long and the interviewer asks fellow up questions to elaborate answers.
