The interview process consists of Behavioral, Coding and Partner Chat steps for interns with Software background. For business students, it consists off Behavioral, Case and Partner Chat. You will basically be given a case where you have to come up with a solution to a problem and present it in Case step of the interview.

Q: Describe a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker. How did you handle it?
First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.

During at work you may face some difficulties where the client is being demanding, how would you handle it and prioritise your work.
