After online tests I was asked to do an audio interview and then got invitation to Launch Pad. Launch Pad is like assessment centre of 250 people, including group discussion, written exercise and partner interview.
It was fairly easy. It was a group interview. The interviewers were very nice and professional. They asked a lot of situational and behavioural questions. Overall, it was a good experience.
