Interview
You go through two rounds of interviews that are focused on behavioral skills. You will meet with the Partners of the company and afterwards you will be taken out to lunch after your second interview. The key is just to have a good attitude and be social.

What are some of your biggest strengths and weaknesses.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
