Received a phone call interview and was speaking nervously perhaps speaking not fluently and there are pauses in between my answers. The person said if im shortlisted i will be contaced. Im still waiting for the hr confirmation mail. Will i be able to get through?
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
