I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2012
Interview
On campus interview and then a formal in office interview in Atlanta. The interview process is very formal, but well constructed. KPMG paid for students to stay downtown for the interview process and you go out to dinner with the group you are interviewing for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very scripted behavioral type questions during the on campus interview and more relaxed, but still scripted in office interview
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
