I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG in Aug 2024
Interview
The assessment centre had two assessed parts, and a few unassessed tasks where you find out more about the company and role. The assessed tasks was an interview with a senior auditor, and a group task. For the group task, it was a table of four candidates on one end, and two assessors on the other end. We had to read some information about four companies and then discuss as a group which align most with KPMG values (given in the brief) and then "present" to the two assessors what order we ranked them and why. The whole assessment centre was really well run and all of the staff were super helpful and lovely, doing their best to put you at ease.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would your friends or family describe you when you're under pressure?
I went to the assessment centre which was the last stage in the graduate audit scheme. We first had an assessed group exercise (involving 4 people including yourself). We were given a topic and had to recommend which path KPMG should go down and then a partner interview which lasts around 30/40 mins
Submit an initial application then complete a monitored (video and audio) online assessment (Situational Judgement Test, logical, numerical) and strengths based video recorded interview. Final stage is an assessment centre in person.
