I interviewed with them this year and it was a fairly standard interview, make sure you're chatty, and display good knowledge about the position you're applying to. There are things in the interview that are beyond your control so be yourself, be sincere but be intelligent in how you design the first impression that you'll give your interviewer.

In the accessment center feedback part, I just wanna know my failing reason. And the staff who is responsible for feedbacking is arrogent, and she speaks so fast that I cannot catch that clearly.
