I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
most important thing is nailing the written assessment, make sure you understand your structure and construct your language clearly and concisely. The assessment centre in my opinion is too long and too big, roughly 8 30am - 5 pm and there were approx 250 people there. This makes it a pretty tiring day/ very impersonal

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2017
Interview
I attended the Launchpad event in October 2017. First you are put into groups of 6 and are given a case study, I won't bother giving details of this as it changes at every launchpad event, but you basically have a number of tasks to complete related to this case study, and you are given around 10-15 minutes to do each task. I wouldn't say this part of the assessment centre was too difficult, it was actually quite enjoyable. Next you have to do a written exercise. This was really very difficult, you are given a booklet of information, 10 minutes to read through it at the start, and then an hour to write a report. There was a LOT of information given in the booklet, it took me a while to to read and process all of it. I found the written exercise by far the hardest part of the day. Last is the actual interview with a partner, this was quite pleasant, my interviewer was very nice, the interview was around 20-30 minutes, and she asked me 5 'main' questions, though she also asked additional follow up questions after I answered each. The questions are pretty standard competency based ones, directly related to their behavioural capabilities, so I would recommend preparing examples for each of their behavioural capabilities.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Leeds, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview was a full day assessment. It involved a few team work exercises, presentations, report writing, a partner interview and a little bit at the end where you have to play an instrument.
May sure you know what kind of person the job is looking for as you are being assessed all the time.
