Der Bewerbungsprozess ging sehr schnell und war sehr fortschrittlich. Man wurde jederzeit über den aktuellen Stand der Bewertung informiert. Ich würde den Bewertungsprozess weiterempfehlen. Das Bewerbungsgespräch fand vor Ort statt und es wurde ein angenehmes Gesprächsklima geschaffen. Die Personen war sehr freundlich und die Räume waren sehr schön gestaltet. Die Blumen haben frisches Wasser bekommen und ich auch. Die Stühle waren sehr bequem und die Tische haben der normalen Höhe entsprochen.

Submitted online application through a job-seeking website for end-of-year internship (5 months) and completed online assessment. Upon completion, was contacted by HR within a week notifying me of successfully clearing the 1st round of the application and they would like to schedule an interview for me with one of the Managers. But also asked if I had a preferred sector/industry I'll like to work for. (i.e. Financial Services, Energy & Technology, Real Estate, Consumer & Tourism or Diversified Industries and Infrastructure) An interview was scheduled for the following week and was conducted online due to social distancing measures as it was held in Nov 2020. Following the interview, I was informed if successful, HR would reach out to contact me again, and I was contacted regarding my successful application 3 days afterwards.
