Several rounds of interviews after an on-campus interview. Mix of behavioral, situational, and personal questions. Meeting with various levels of management - partner, senior manager, manager, recruiter. If they have any interest in you, they will wine and dine you- take you to lunch, coffee, nice dinners, etc.

Applied through a program at my university. Two Senior Managers came to interview in 30 minute time slots. Both were very professional and easy to talk to. It became more of a professional conversation than an invasive and intimidating interview
