I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Auckland, ) in Mar 2018
Interview
Firstly, I completed an online application and when that was approved I was invited to sit a psychometric test. Next, was the video interview stage. The final stage was an assessment day and that involved a case study and a short interview with a partner.
First stage is a standard online application form about your education and experiences and all personal information. Then there was a mini game based online test to complete, both around 30 mins each. Secondly there was a video interview which takes around 20 minutes. This was made up of the usual competency questions
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Rancho San Diego, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward and everyone I talked to was extremely nice. Applied online and met some of them at a career fair, and then was invited back for two 30-minute interviews. With the first interview, the questions were pretty specific, but the second interview was shorter and more behavioral and a lot of the time was for me to ask questions I had.
