I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KPMG (Melbourne) in Jul 2015
Interview
It didn't run in the conventional question and answer method, it was a conversation. He mainly wanted to assess your interpersonal skills through a social conversation. Definitely steered the conversation around my experiences but overall was a chat. They introduced a video interview this year with standard questions such as Why do you want to work for KPMG
We had an all day assessment center. There were about 100 persons interviewing at that session and as I understood that summer there were 2 sessions. Groups interview where we had to make a presentation about us. At the end of the assessment day we got a KPMG t-shirt. We received feedback 2 weeks later by mail.
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Bristol, Inglaterra) in Nov 2014
Interview
Online application followed by a telephone (competency) interview and then an assessment centre at one of their offices. The whole process took around 6-8weeks. The recruitment team were very quick at getting back to me after each stage, and the process was efficient and enjoyable. The assessment centre was only a morning (as it was for the internship) and consisted of two tasks.
