KPMG Project Manager interview questions

Two rounds of interviews with PD team, both skill- and behaviour-based, plus online assessment. Process was rather straightforward and a bit lengthy due to management's schedule. Overall, interviewer were very kind and interested in my motivations.

The interview process has 2 steps before getting the interview. You have to do an assessment then you’ll have to fill out an application form. Then you are contacted for an interview.
