I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur) in Jan 2022
Interview
There's two interview processes. Start with written interview by HR and then face to face interview by the department's recruiting team. Mostly managers and senior managers who conduct the interview.
Working at a startup was incredibly valuable for me, as it gave me the opportunity to wear multiple hats and manage competing priorities. I had to be adaptable and quick on my feet, which helped me become resourceful and improve my problem-solving abilities. It also gave me a deeper understanding of how different business functions are interconnected. This experience taught me to be proactive, take ownership of tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. I’m excited about the opportunity to bring these skills to a fund accounting role and contribute to the growth at EisnerAmper.
